I ordered a couple of bottles through vinoshipper on my phone, and overall it was a smooth experience. The pages loaded well and checkout was not confusing, which I really appreciate when I am shopping on mobile. I am giving it 4 stars only because a few screens felt a bit cramped, and I had to scroll back a couple of times to double-check details. "Packed really well, no complaints"
My order showed up just fine and the bottles were packed super well. The box was sturdy and nothing was rattling around inside or anything. It took me a bit to cut through all the packing, but I guess that’s way better than opening a box of broken wine lol. Happy overall, no real issues htere.

"Easy Order, But Shipping and Verification Were Annoying"
Ordering was straightforward and the wine arrived just fine, so no complaints there. But the shipping cost felt really high for what I ordered. I get that wine needs special handling, but it still bumped the total up way more than I expected. Also, having to verify my info repeatedly got annoying after a while. I’d probably use them again, but I really wish shipping was more reasonable and the checkout process was a little smoother.

"Wine was fine, canceling was a hassle"
I tried Vino Shipper and, umm, the wine side of things was totally fine. But canceling was frustrating. I had to click around and figure out where to stop everything, and there didn’t seem to be one clear simple button for it. I ended up waiting for replies and checking my email way more than I expected. They did cancel it eventually, so I’m giving 2 stars, but the whole process really needs to be easier and less confusing...

"Delivery Was Frustrating"
My order ended up shipping later than the date they originally gave me, and then the tracking just kind of barely move for days. I kept having to check it myself because there wasn’t much clear info or updates. By the time it finally showed up, it was already way past when I needed it. Maybe other people got luckier, but for me the delivery just wasn’t reliable.
